You’ll have a 90 minute 1:1 zoom call with Amy to receive:

Income Projections

We use software that analyzes comparable properties in your area to project average daily forecasts, occupancy rates, monthly/annual income potential, and more.

Design & Staging Advice

We help you create a unique identity for your space and provide you with room-by-room suggestions and checklists so your rental is equipped and stands out from your competition.

Online Listing Strategies

Know how to tailor your listing to attract your ideal clientele and meet your financial goals.

Pricing Guidance

We’ll walk you through the strategies to price your space at different times for maximum return based on your rental goals.

Should you choose to use All Belong Co for management,

the consultation fee will be deducted from any onboarding costs.

*If possible, the ideal timing to schedule a consultation is prior to staging your home

How it Works

(Our 90 minute consultations start at $399.)

Fill out our questionnaire and if remote from Lynchburg, provide a video tour of your space.

2.

Amy will call you for a discovery call to catch your vision and your long-term goals.

3.

We’ll schedule your consult, take payment, and get to work on your projections.

  • Once you fill out this form, we’ll follow up with a 15-20 min phone call. At that point, you can decide if continuing forward with a full consultation is right for you.

    Our consultations are 30+ pages customized to your property. We want our them to be well-researched, comprehensive, and the best bang for your buck.

    PLUS, if you use All Belong Co for management, your consultation fee will be deducted from your onboarding costs!

  • We provide consultations to those that are interested in management, but it does not obligate you to use our services.

    We hope to educate & empower with our expert advice, but should you decide to go a different direction with your property after we meet, we completely understand.

  • Good question! (And we promise it will be worth every penny.) By the time we sit down for our 90 minute consultation, you’ll have a customized document (30+ pages) created for your property, room-by-room design suggestions and ideas, our Hosting Checklist, specific listing suggestions, and paid software income projections.

    We spend hours pouring over the details of your property in order to give you a comprehensive, tailored plan.

  • Thanks to today’s technology, no! We’ve provided consultations for clients all over the continental United States. We’ll need your help gathering pictures and videos of your property, but much of the process is the same whether you’re local or remote.
